1. Submit an Item for Consignment

1. a. Simply fill out our online form of consignment provided in the Sell With Us section.
2. b. Provide all the information required along with the images of the items and submit.
3. c. Our team will get back to you through email or calls for the confirmation of the consignment proposal.
4. d. Drop off your items to our showroom located at GDP 6 with complimentary 2 hours free parking.
5. e. Our team will check the item and email you the price proposal. After confirming the proposal we will do the authenticity check and will upload the item on our website. Once sold we will immediately inform you for the payment.

2. Submit an Item for Quote

1. a. Click on the Get a Quote Button.
2. b. Fill out the quick online form provided in Sell With Us and submit.
3. c. Our dedicated team will contact you within 24-48 hours and advise you to send the proposal through email or WhatsApp along with your demand price.
4. d. We will evaluate your demand and email you for the confirmation.
5. e. For a confirmed demand proposal, you can drop the item to our showroom. Once we receive and authenticate, we will upload the items and we will get back to you for the payment once the items get sold.

3. VIP Pick-up Dubai (only)

1. a. This is applicable for Dubai customers only with more than 3 items.
2. b. Click on the contact us button and fill out the form provided in Sell With Us .
3. c. Choose the VIP Pick-up and the confirmation email for pick-up will be sent to your email once arranged for collection.
4. d. Once received, our team will check the item and email you the price proposal. After confirming the proposal we will do the authenticity check and upload the item on our website. Once sold we will immediately inform you for the payment.

4. Get an Appointment / Drop off at our Location

1. a. Simply fill out our quick online form provided in Sell With Us to book an appointment.
2. b. Booking confirmation and timing will be sent via email.
3. c. Drop off your items to our showroom located at GDP 6 with complimentary 2 hours free parking.
4. d. Once received, our team will check the item and email you the price proposal. After confirming the proposal we will do the authenticity check and upload the item on our website. Once sold we will immediately inform you for the payment.

Seller Terms

Your sale of goods through the services provided by Sab Bling Trading LLC ("Blingblingsabaya" “Consignee”, "we" or "us") is governed by these CONSIGNMENT SELLER TERMS & CONDITIONS.

YOU REPRESENT TO US THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY COMPETENT TO ENTER INTO AND AGREE TO THESE CONSIGNMENT SELLER TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ACCEPT ALL OF THE PROVISIONS OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BY USING THE SERVICES TO SELL GOODS. YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO SELL GOODS USING ANY BLINGBLINGSABAYA SERVICES IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

In these Consignment Seller Terms and Conditions, "Consignor", “you” or “your” refer to you, the Service user. When using the Services, “I” or “Consignor” represents that you have legal title to and in legal possession of all items that are to be consign or sale with Blingblingsabaya platform.

When using the Services on behalf of a business, organization, or other entity, the following rules apply: (a) "you" refers to both you and the entity; (b) you represent and warrant that you are the entity's authorized representative and have the authority to bind the entity to these Seller Terms and Conditions; and (c) you agree to these Consignment Terms and Conditions on the entity's behalf. Your entity is also financially and legally liable for any use of your account by employees, agents, or contractors as well as for your use of the Services.

Acceptance and adherence to the terms and conditions outlined below are required of all users who sell goods through the Services. For any inquiries about these Consignment Terms and Conditions, please send an email to contact@blingblingsabaya.com.

1. 1. CONSIGNED ITEMS

   a. Price Quote:

   Items for sale may be submitted by you to Blingblingsabaya through online consignment form with descriptions and photos. We will review your proposal after receiving it and we will email you if the items are approved or accepted for consignment. Items confirmed for sale will be checked upon receipt of the item and a price quotation will be emailed to you by Blingblingsabaya.

   For items that directly sent or drop off to Blingblingsabaya, upon receipt Blingblingsabaya’s dedicated team with check the items and send the price proposal through email.

   After getting the quotation from Blingblingsabaya, you have 72 hours to check, review and respond with whether you agree or disagree. If Blingblingsabaya fails to hear back from you within the specified time frame, the price quotation will be deemed confirmed!

   If you’re not satisfied with the price quotation, you can reply to our email and provide your price demand. Your submitted demand price is subject to approval; Blingblingsabaya will let you know whether or not it is confirmed or accepted through email.

   b. Evaluation:

   Upon receipt of the consigned items Blingblingsabaya will evaluate the item to confirm:

   Same Condition: If Blingblingsabaya finds that the condition matches the description on the initial submission, we will immediately proceed to the authenticity test and verification

   d. Authenticity:

   Authentic Consigned Items: If Blingblingsabaya finds that the consigned item as authentic, we will proceed to taking pictures and post the items to the website.

   Unauthentic Consigned Items: If Blingblingsabaya finds that the consigned item as inauthentic, Blingblingsabaya will proceed with the cancellation procedures for Consigned Items described in

2. 2. AUTHENTICITY & CANCELLATION:

   a. By submitting your item for consignment, you guarantee and declare that every item submitted are 100% AUTHENTIC. Blingblingsabaya does not consider Consigned Items to be genuine until they are received, examined, and approved by Blingblingsabaya.

   During Authentication: In the event that any item from the Consigned item is discovered to be fake or not real during the Authenticity inspection, Blingblingsabaya will return the item to you upon payment of 5000 aed for each Hermes, Chanel and Exotic items and 1000 aed for each for the other brands. This amount is known as “Authentication Fee”.

   After Sales: Suppose the customer finds out that the item you consigned to Blingblingsabaya is a fake after the consigned item has been sold to the customer. “You”, the "Consignor," agreed and guaranteed Blingblingsabaya that you will return any money paid to you for the counterfeit item with no duration.

   b. As of the time of sale, every sale is considered final. Despite the foregoing, in the event that we find that any Consignment Item is not authentic or subject to the terms of Section 4 (Term; Termination) below, you request that any Consignment Item be returned to you and not sold before the end of the Initial Consignment Term (as defined in Section 4: Term; Termination). In the event that this happens, you agree to the following: (i) immediately return to Blingblingsabaya any and all payments that were made to you for such Consignment Items; (ii) pay an Authentication Fee (AED 5000 for any Hermes Birkin or Kelly, or AED 1000 for all other Consignment Items) for the return of such Consignment Item; and (iii) Blingblingsabaya will return the Consignment Item to you at your expense.

3. 3. PRICE, FEES & DISCOUNTS

   a. Pricing: At its sole discretion, Blingblingsabaya retains the right to set the prices for all Sale products based on comparable costs for products in the same or similar styles and conditions but not limited to items with confirmed price demand as described in (Section 1.a) Blingblingsabaya will not make any changes on the prices of the Sale Items unless otherwise the Consignor informed Blingblingsabaya with the new price.

   b. Consignment Fees: From the proceeds of the sale of your consigned items, Blingblingsabaya will deduct an assigned percentage for each consigned item which will be disclosed to the consignor through the price proposal sent via email. We reserve the right to modify these fees at any time, and we will notify you in writing of any such modifications by posting the updated information on the Website.

   c. Discounts: Discounts on the item's sale price will not be applied by Blingblingsabaya unless the consignor permits it. Any offers or discounts we receive from the customer will be communicated to you in writing.

4. 4. TERM: TERMINATION

   a. Term: These Seller Terms and Conditions will be effective upon Blingblingsabaya’s receipt of any Sale Item. The initial term for any Consignment Item shall be 90 days from the date of Blingblingsabaya’s receipt of such Consignment Item (the “Initial Consignment Term”) and, upon the expiration of such Initial Consignment Term, will automatically be extended until your Consignment Item is sold.

   b. Early Termination: During the Initial Consignment Term, if you request that Blingblingsabaya return your Consignment Item, you will be charged the applicable Authentication Fee (600 AED for any Hermes Birkin or Kelly and other Hermes designs or 100 AED for all other Sale Items) plus 145 aed for the listing fee.

5. 5. PAYMENTS

   a. Payment Method: Blingblingsabaya will process the payment either wire transfer or cash depending on the payment made by the buyer. For wire transfer, you must provide Blingblingsabaya with your complete bank information needed for the wire transfer for any consigned items sold through Blingblingsabaya website. Upon sending the information you acknowledge and agree that all the bank information provided is complete, current and accurate. Payment methods cannot be changed for payments that have already been initiated.

   b. Payment: If a consignment item is sold, Blingblingsabaya will pay you using the payment method stated in Section 5.a, less any applicable fees listed in these consignment terms and conditions. However, Blingblingsabaya will only pay you once the buyer's payment for the sale item has cleared and the item has shipped and received by the buyer.

6. 6. GENERAL PROVISIONS

   a. Modification: These Consignment Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time. Any changes take effect right away when you use the Services for the first time after the "Last Revised" date at the top of these Seller Terms and Conditions. We may make a good faith effort to tell you via email or by prominently posting a notice on the Website if we make any changes that are material. It is, however, entirely your duty to periodically check the Seller Terms and Conditions in order to see any such modifications. Once the changes go into effect, your continuing use of the Services or access to them will be considered your final acceptance of the updated Seller Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with the changes made to Consignment Terms & Condition then please do not access or use the Services to sell goods.

   b. Violations: You may face a variety of actions, such as limitations on your ability to buy and sell, restrictions on listings and account features, account suspension, the imposition of fees, and reimbursement of costs for policy monitoring and enforcement, if we suspect that you are breaking these Consignment Terms and Conditions.

   c. Conflicts: You and Blingblingsabaya agree that any disagreement arising under these Consignment Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in accordance with our Terms of Use.
